Near to major transport hub, places of interest, groceries, eateries and laundromat with included detergents. We stayed in East Building. This place probably has seen better days, ie more crowds. Room size adequate. Main breakfast hall is huge and clean. House cleaning staff exchanged a chipped cup [ inherited this when we entered room ] the following day without me raising a request. Front counter staff friendly and helpful.

Central location. Reasonable sized room for Japan. Room was fine, just furnishings rather dated (we were in the main building). Great to have a bath as well as a shower.

Very close proximity to Kanazawa station. The hotel has a small sento which is open until 2am, so it's great if you would like to relax before bed.

Standard, city based hotel. I've been staying in a sigle bed room, so this was enough for me. Near the railyway station. A couple of a nice place to eat very cloase to the hotel.

Perfectly acceptable for the price you pay, it's close to the station, the staff are friendly. There's a public bath in the east building which I sadly didn't have time to use.

Good location close to Kanazawa Station. Facilities were clean. Staff were great despite language differences. Water pressure in shower was fabulous. Budget friendly.

Close to the railway station. Close to other attractions (ok, here in Kanazawa, you can get to many places on foot. The staffs are very nice, kind and helpful.
